REGENT THEATRE
“BLACK SHEEP OF WHITEHALL.” That inimitable English comedian Will Hay has been seen in many outstanding film farces but most people who see him in “The Black Sheep of Whitehall,” which will bo shown tonight, will agree that it is his best picture yet. Tire title of the film carries with it a suggestion of the plot —that of a bogus professor who becomes mixed up in an international spy intrigue, with remarkable consequences.
