JAPANESE TRANSPORTS
SIGHTED IN GULF OF TONKIN. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Dav, 11.45 a.m.) CHUNGKING, August 13. A Chinese Army spokesman, quoting intelligence reports, said that Japanese transports, carrying over 20.000 troops were sighted in the Gulf of Tonkin on August 7. Their destination is not indicated.
