SERVICE CLUB EUCHRE TOURNAMENT. (“Times-Age” Special.) There was an excellent attendance at the Service Club’s euchre tournament on Tuesday night. The prizewinners were: —Mrs Chisholm 1, Mrs Nielson and Mrs Kinsey (equal) 2. Mrs A. W. Edwards was the winner of the mystery envelope. Golf. The lady members of the Golf Club played a bogey competition on the Gum Grove links yesterday afternoon. The best cards were:—Mrs Elbe, _ 2 down; Mrs Pope, 8 down; Miss Williams, 9 down. Personal. Mrs J. W. Holland has entered Kelvin Hospital for treatment. Earthquake. A sharp earthquake was felt at 3 o’clock this morning. COSY THEATRE “INTERNATIONAL LADY.” An outstanding spy story, “International Lady,” will be screened tomorrow night. The picture is full of thrills and the leading roles are taken by Ilona Massey, George Brent and Basil Rathbone. In the supporting Picture, “Remedy for Riches,” Jean Hersholt has her best role to date.
