On the occasion of the first anniversary of the signing of the Polish-Soviet Agreement, Crenersl Sikorski and. jVI. Stalin have exchanged telegrams. Both expressed the conviction that friendly relations would continue in future and that combined effort would help to bring the war to a victorious conclusion. .
