FIGHTING WEST OF WENCHOW.

TSINTIEN RECAPTURED FROM JAPANESE.

The Chinese High Command stated that the Chinese had again recaptured Tsintien, which has changed hands four times. The Japanese are retreating to Lishui. Westward of Wenchow, the Chinese recaptured several strategic points. Fighting is raging on the outskirts of Wenchow.

The Chinese admit that Japanese columns are closing in upon Sungyang, 25 miles westward of Lishui.
