CHINESE SUCCESSES
INLAND ADVANCE OF INVADERS HALTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.45 a.ra.) CHUNGKING, August 2. A communique announced that the Chinese had halted the inland advance of the invaders from the Chekiang coast and had also dislodged the Japanese from some heights south of Lishui.
