ATTACKED BY BRITISH LIGHT CRAFT, ONE LEFT SINKING & ANOTHER BADLY DAMAGED. LONDON, July 26. Two enemy anti-aircraft trawlers were engaged by British light coastal craft off’ the French coast at pointblank range. One trawler was left sinking and the other was very severely damaged. The British vessels returned to harbour with minor casualties and superficial damage.
