RUSSIAN BOMBS
DROPPED ON. SWEDISH ISLAND. ACCORDING TO STOCKHOLM REPORT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received .This'- Day, 10.50 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, July 24. It is officially announced that three planes ’last night: dropped flares and two 400 pound bombs 500 yards from Borgholm Castle, on Oland Island, in the Baltic. It was later established that Russian planes were responsible. It is unofficially ’ reported that flares and incendiary bombs were dropped ; on the mainland.
