MR FRASER TO ATTEND WAR COUNCIL. (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The New Zealand Prime Minister (Mr Fraser) spent a. most interesting afternoon yesterday inspecting the Japanese midget submarines which raided Sydney Harbour, the action being explained to Him by Rear-Admiral Muirhead-Gould. Last night Mr Fraser was a guest at a dinner arranged by the New Zealand Auxiliary Wai- Unit in honour- of New Zealand soldiers. . Mr Fraser said he had been invited by Mr Curtin to attend a meeting of the Australian War Council, to be held next week and would be pleased to accept the invitation.
