PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a Special Meeting of the Eketahuna County Council, held on the 10th day of July, 1942, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council, to be held on FRIDAY, the 14th day of August, 1942, at the Council Chambers, Eketahuna, at 1 p.m.: — “That in pursuance and exercise of the powers contained in’Section 2 of the Counties Amendment Act, 1931, the Eketahuna County Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, that Sections one hundred and twenty-one and one hundred and thirty-one of the Counties Act, 1920, shall not apply to this Council.” Dated at Eketahuna this 20th day of July, 1942.
