J. Macdonald, R. M. Perry, E. G. Shaw, F. D. Shaw, P. R. Welch, G. Ruston, F. B. Pickering. As the nominations do not exceed the number required a ballot will not be necessary. The annual meeting of the association will be held on August 5.
