ALLEGED SABOTEURS
TRIAL IN UNITED STATES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WASHINGTON, July 20. The military commission which is trying the eight alleged German saboteurs landed from submarines, announced that the prosecution completed its case at 2.36 p.m. today. The defence is expected to begin tomorrow. General McCoy said that about two hours today were devoted to arguments on various defence motions. Defence counsel conferred with Mrs Gerda Melind, an attractive Chicago widow, and former fiancee of one of the accused, Herbert ,Hans Haupt.
