DUTCH VESSEL TORPEDOED
OFF EAST AFRICAN COAST. SIX MEMBERS OF CREW KILLED. (Received Tins Day, 12.20 p.m.) CAPE TOWN, July 17. An unnamed Dutch ship was torpedoed 300 miles off the East African coast. Six members of the 'ew were killed. Survivors landed Mozambique. It is stated that two submarines were seen during the attack.-
