TBdXe'S. EMULSION
ESTATE MUTTON DEPOT. WE have been in business TWELVE MONTHS THIS JULY and we take this opportunity of THANKING OUR MANY CUSTOMERS for their loyal patronage. Our initial start was prompted with the idea of assisting in the distribution of EWE MUTTON at a PRICE THAT WOULD APPEAL TO THE PUBLIC and assist in more Mutton being consumed generally. We feel to some extent we have achieved that object, as the local killing of Mutton for j 1941-42 exceeded the previous year by over 11,000 ) CARCASES OF MUTTON, but what was more to the point to the public WE REDUCED THE PRICES of legs of Mutton from 6/- to 3/-. Owing to the rise in Mutton prices we are today charging 4/- for BEST LEGS and 3/- for CHILLED LEGS. We claim that the latter Mutton eats just as well as the fresh. REMEMBER:! At the Estate, if you ask for Hogget Mutton you get it. The bulk of our customers call for Ewe Mutton because of the price. To those who have a big family to feed and want still cheaper meat, try the CHILLED or FROZEN —you will find it eats as well or better than the fresh.. TODAY’S PRICES Large Legs Ewe Mutton (fresh) Large Legs Ewe Mutton (chilled) azLarge Fourquarters Ewe Mutton (fresh) Large Fourquarters Ewe Mutton (chilled) Prime Hogget Legs From We respectfully ask you to take a look at our window tonight.
