Weather fine. Some sharp frosts tonight, but milder tomorrow. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Rather unsettled. LOCAL REPORT. Mr N. W. Towns reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 8 a.m. today:— Barograph, 30.54; shade temperature, maximum, 45.2; minimum, 30; terrestrial, 22.2; sunshine, 4 hours 6 minutes; rain, 5 points; frost, 8.2 degrees. PHASES OF THE MOON. JULY. New moon, July 14. First quarter, July 21. Full moon, July 28. Draw blinds at 5.35 p.m. today; raise them at 7.11 a.m. tomorrow.
