FOR AMERICAN CONGRESS. DRASTIC ANTI-INFLATION LEGISLATION. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.0 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 15. President Roosevelt has indicated informally to Legislative leaders that Congress will be asked to forego a recess and to undertake an immediate consideration of drastic anti-inflation legislation, including iron-bound controls of wages and salaries. The speaker of the House of Representatives (Mr Rayburn) and the House Leader (Mr McCormack) conferred briefly after the Presidential wish had been made known.
