SHIPPING DEBATE
IN HOUSE OF COMMONS, SOME PROTESTS AGAINST SECRECY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.20 p.m.) LONDON, July 15. Members of the House of Commons who object to the secrecy of the coming shipping debate are expected to oppose the motion for a secret session, a vote on which can now be expected. The Parliamentary Labour Party has decided that the party must support the Government's insistence on secrecy. Despite this, several Labour members intend to boycott the debate.
