AIR TRAINING

WEEKLY ROUTINE ORDERS. The weekly routine orders for No. 21 Squadron of the Air Training Corps, Masterton, issued by Flying Officer E. K. Eastwood, officer commanding, are: Parades during the week will be held as follow: Monday, July 20, and Thursday, July 23, at 6.50 p.m., at the Wairarapa College. The syllabus for the parades will be: Monday, July 20, Sections Al and A2 Mathematics Assignment 10, Science Assignment 9; Thursday, July 23, Squad Drill Assignment 16, First Air Assignment 11, P.T. and Armaments. Attendance Challenge Cup: The .winners for June are Wanganui Squadron with 91.3 per cent. Next in order follow Hamilton 90.1 per cent., Mastertori 85 per cent., No. 19 Squadron, Auckland. 84.9 per cent., and Palmerston North 83.4 per cent. The following cadets have been enrolled: Cadets D. H. S. Irwin and S. D. Blatchford. Discharges: The following cadet has been discharged owing to inability to attend parades: Cadet E. G. Youngquest. As the Assembly Hall is engaged, cadets will parade this evening in No. 6 Classroom, Wairarapa College, for First Aid and Signals instruction. They are required to bring bandages, a notebook and the Morse code, also a morse key if they possess one. All attestations must be completed.
