WAR SUPPLIES
NEW ANGLO-SOVIET AGREEMENT LONDON, June 30. Moscow radio says that a new British-Soviet agreement was signed in Moscow last week under which Britain undertakes to guarantee delivery of military supplies to Russia and also other military help. Armaments produced in Britain or the British Dominions will be delivered without payment. Britain also gives Russia a new credit of £25,000,000.
