PuBLIP NOTICES. TE ORE ORE RIVER BOARD. Notice of Respective Proportions it is Proposed to Appoint upon the Several Classes of Classified Lands within the above Board’s District. AJOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN' that, pursuant to the provisions of “The Te Ore Ore River Board Rating Act, 1934,” “The River Boards’ Act, 1908,” and “The Rating Act,'1925,” and the amendments thereto, and any other power or authority it enabling in that behalf, the Te Ore Ore River Board, at an Ordinary Meeting of the said Board ,to be held in the Council Chambers, Chapel Street, Masterton, at 1.30 p.m. on TUESDAY, the 14th day of July, 1942, propose to appoint for the year commenced on the Ist day of April, 1942, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1943, a General Rate in the following proportions to be imposed upon the several classes of land within the*Board’s District. GENERAL RATES. A GENERAL RATE OF FOUR SHILLINGS (4/-) per acre upon all Lands classified as “A.” A GENERAL RATE OF TWO SHILLINGS AND SIX PENCE (2/6) per acre upon all Lands Classified as “B.” A GENERAL RATE OF ONE SHILLING (1/-) per acre upon all Lands classified as “C.” AND THAT no Rate be imposed upon those Lands within the said District which are classified as “D” (being lands which have not received and are not likely to receive any benefit from the expenditure in respect of which the said Rate is made). Any person who wishes to object to such proposed proportions may send his or her objection, in writing, to the said Board at its Office in the Masterton County Council. Chambers, Chapel Street, Masterton, on oi* before TUESDAY, the 14th day of July, 1942. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that all such Rates shall become payable in one sum at the Office of the Board in the Masterton County Council Chambers, Chapel Street, Masterton, on the 28th day of July, 1942.
