SIR EARLE PAGE

VISITING UNITED STATES. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) NEW YORK, June 28. Sir Earle Page, special Australian representative, arrived in New Yoik today by air from London. He expects to spend a week in Washington discussing plans for post-war food relief and reconstruction, after which he will make a fortnight’s tour of the American war industries. He declared that Australia is taking an active part in the direction of the war and the conduct of strategy both in London and Washington. He was enthusiastic regarding the British war spirit, and said that production was steadily increasing.
