LATE ADVERTISEMENT. MASTERTON & DISTRICT, E.P.S. TT is hereby declared that until fur--1 ther notice a state of emergency exists in Masterton and district. Owners of all premises which have suffered structural damage are notified that before any damage will be permitted to be reinstated requisition must first be made at the Central Office set up in the Municipal Buildings, setting out the nature of the damage. From requisitions handed in priority will be given to work considered most urgent and instructions issued builders in order of priority. Property owners and builders are notified that no engagement for the restoration of earthquake damage will be permitted except through the authority of the Central Office. T. JORDAN, Chairman, I.
