The State Cabinet is considering the complaints about immorality and drunkenness among young girls and soldiers. United States military police publicly spanked two young girls who per? sisted in forcing their attentions on American soldiers at a crowded railway station. Hundreds watched approvingly while the police soundly belaboured the girls with the flat of theii hands.
