On Saturday evening the Parkvale Patriotic Committee will hold another of its popular dances in the Parkvale Hall. Cards will be played in the supper room and good prizes will be provided. The proceeds will go towards the patriotic funds. Mrs Ashton’s Orchestra will provide the dance music. Hockey. Stolen Car Found. ’ Mr C. Jensen’s car which was stolen from Holloway Street, on Saturday,, has been located in Cornwall Road in the vicinity of the Electric Power Board sub-station. The car, which has been damaged, had apparently been used for the purposes of a joy ride. Lenihan, Martin. Aplin, McPhee, McKenzie. REGENT THEATRE COMEDY SENSATION. The comedy sensation, “She Knew all the Answers,” will be shown finally tonight, with Joan Bennett and Franchot Tone in the leading roles. It is one of the best pictures ever brought to the screen.
