SERIOUS FIGHTING
REPORTED ON RUSSIAN FRONT LOCAL GAINS BY ENEMY IN KHARKOV AREA. FURIOUS ATTACKS REPELLED AT SEBASTOPOL. LONDON, June 23. The position on the Kharkov and Sebastopol fronts is said to be growing more serious. A Soviet communique states that on the Kharkov front Russian troops fought the advancing enemy and retired in certain districts to new positions. ' On the Sebastopol front Soviet troops have beaten oil' furious attacks by superior enemy forces.
