CONCERT PARTY

SOLDIERS OF N.Z. SCOTTISH REGIMENT. Masterton is to be favoured on Thursday, July 2 by a visit from the First Battalion, New Zealand Scottish Regiment’s concert party. This well organised and talented combination of artists has already appeared at other centres with outstanding success and includes a male voice choir of which competent judges speak very highly. Besides numerous vocalists and instrumentalists of exceptional ability, the humorous section of the programme will be of a most entertaining nature. As the net proceeds are for patriotic funds it is felt that the public of Masterton will extend their full patronage to these visiting artists. Tickets will be on sale almost immediately and the box plan will open in a few days.
