DOUBLE PROGRAMME. “Reaching for the Sun” and “Tough as They Come,” will be shown, finally tonight. “THE DEVIL PAYS OFF.” Tomorrow night there will be shown an excellent dramatic picture, “The Devil Pays Off,” which stars the screen’s new “tough” man, J. Edwar Bromberg, along with Osa Massen, Margaret Tallichet and William Wright. It deals with espionage and treachery on the ocean life line between Britain and America. This sensational film tears the veil off the Quislings who trade in human lives and valuable cargoes for personal fi ai y The associate picture is “There Ain t No Justice,” in which Jimmy Hanley and Mae Clarke give excellent representations of their respective roles.
