TERRITORIAL SERVICE APPEALS SITTING OF MAN POWER COMMITTEE. I MANY CASES ADJOURNED. The Wairarapa Man Power Committee concluded its sitting in Masterion yesterday afternoon. The chairman, Mr T. Jordan, presided, and there were also present: Messrs L. T. Daniell and F. Cole, members of the board and Mr G. F. Whitlock, secretary and Crown representative. In the list of cases given below, the names of the persons lodging the appeals are given in parentheses:— Service postponed: Thomas Randal McCracken, upholsterer (Rew and McCracken), until July 31; George Robert Ready, civil servant (Director of National Service), until July 31; Thomas T.’ Sutherland, plumber (R. E. Baker and Co., Ltd.), until September 30; John Alan Cox, carpenter' (John George Pendreigh), until September 30; Murray Court Finlayson, salesman (G. H. Perry and Co., Ltd.), until August 31.
