PATRIOTIC FUND
CONTRIBUTIONS FROM BANKS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Reserve Bank has given £lOOO to the All Purposes Patriotic Appeal, the money to be allocated by the National Patriotic Fund Board to the 11 provincial patriotic councils in proportion to their quotas. The board has acknowledged contributions from the trading banks totalling £2,100.
