GERMAN CLAIM

IN APPARENT CONFLICT WITH REALITY. “COMPLETION” OF KHARKOV CAMPAIGN. (British /Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) RUGBY, June 16. “The Times” remarks that Russian knowledge of German tactics, painfully learned, is now valuable.
