The coupon values of the principal articles of women’s wear are: Suit, 23 coupons; long-sleeved dress, 13; night dress. 11; shoes, 8; pair of stockings, 4; gloves, 3; hat 3. Goods excluded from the rationing scheme include made-up household linen, bedspreads, quilts, handbags and second-hand articles.
