WAIRARAPA UNION. SATURDAY’S GAMES. The Masterton and Carterton A grade teams met at Carrington Park on Saturday when the former won by 8 points to ml. During the progress of the game a Carterton player, McPhee, was injured. The referee was Mr W. Spooner. The absurdity of raising the Red .Star H team to the A grade was demonstrated on Saturday when they suffered defeat at the hands of Wairarapa College by 48 points to 5.
