BUSH WORKER INJURED

STRUCK BY FALLING TREE. A bush worker, James Oliver, of 3 Walton’s Avenue, Masterton, was admitted to Masterton Hospital yesterday suffering from concussion. His condition this morning was reported 'by the hospital authorities to have shown an improvement. Mr Oliver, who is employed by Messrs C. E. Daniell Ltd., was reported to be driving a tractor. A tree, it is stated, fell quicker than was' expected and a branch hit him on the back of the head. The 'accident occurred in the Miki Miki area of the Tararua foothills.
