RETURN REQUIRED FROM ALL MOTORISTS. Although it has been stated that only those motorists who possess more than five tires per vehicle are required to make a return of the tires and tubes in their possession, it appears that all motorists must make a declaration. The official form to be filled in when cars are relicensed has, printed boldly across the top of the sheet. “Certificate to be filled in and signed by every applicant for an annual licence for a motor vehicle.” In the case of vehicle owners who have no additional tires or tubes this means that a nil return has to be made.
