NO COMMERCIAL FIGHT FOR LOUIS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WASHINGTON, May 30. The War Department indicated that Private Joe Louis will not be permitted to share in the proceeds of the heavyweight title 'fight this summer. MajorGeneral Surles, Director of Public Relations in the Army, declared that no authority had been given by anyone to assign Louis to a commercial fight.
