THREE SUNK OFF COAST OF BRAZIL. FOURTH RAIDER SURRENDERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) NEW YORK, May 27. A message from Rio de Janeiro says that the sinking of a third submarine off Brazil within nine days and the surrender of a fourth was reported today. A report from Port Aleza said that the Italian submarine Pamplona surrendered at a north-eastern port. Axis submarines have sunk six more ships in the eastern Atlantic, it is announced in Washington.
