WELCOMED IN NORTHERN IRELAND. PREMIER ON FELLOWSHIP OF PEOPLES. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) RUGBY, May 26. Accepting on behalf of Northern Ireland a Government motion in the House of Commons, welcoming the American troops the Prime Minister, Mr J. M. Andrews, said there were many bonds between Northern Ireland and the United States and they were determined to stand together until victory was won. He said the war would strengthen the fellowship of the English-speaking people and bring progress and happiness.
