RIOT IN CURACAO
CHINESE SAILORS KILLED & INJURED. DEMANDS FOR HIGHER WAGES & WAR INSURANCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.0 p.m.) CARACAS (Venezuela), May 25. The newspaper “Ultimas Noticias,” publishes a report from Marcaibo today, that 18 Chinese sailors were killed and 54 wounded in a riot at Curacaoj The Chinese, members of a tankers’ crew, had demanded war risk insurance and wage increases.
