SINKING OF TURKISH SHIP BY RUSSIANS. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, May 25. The Berlin radio declared that a Russian submarine sank the Turkish motor vessel Safat one mile off Bulgaria. Only nine members of the crew 'were saved.
