PAHIATUA SALE HACKS IN KEEN DEMAND. The Associated Auctioneers report as follows on the above sale: A large entry ol horses, comprising mostly hacks, was ollered to a medium attendance of buyers. The hacks offered were in keen demand and passings were few. The demand for draughts was not keen, and sales, in the section were hard to make. A small yarding of sheep and dairy cattle were penned, and realisations remaned on late rates. Quotations.—Fat wethers, good, 29s 4d, aged ewes r.w. S.D. rams, 14s 7d to 12s, 2th ewes, small. 24s 2d. w. lambs, medium. 15s 4d to 13s 9d. b.f. ewes IGs. Springing cows, third calver, £B. two heifers r.w.b.. £7Pigs: Weaners 10s to 7s. Horses: Hacks, broken, £l7 10s. £l7. £l6 to £lO 10s, unbroken hacks £l5. £lO, £9, £B, 2yr half draught £B, 4yr £ll.
