STATE THEATRE

“A DATE WITH THE FALCON.” The Falcon series of detective stories has become very popular with picture patrons and rightly so because of the excellence of the plots, the brilliant acting of George Sanders and his associates and the splendid vein of humour introduced. Those who recall the previous Falcon picture will eagerly look forward to the presentation tonight at the State Theatre of “A Date with the Falcon,” which is even a better dramatic effort than “The Gay Falcon.” There is not a dull moment in the picture and there are many thrilling scenes bringing the whole to a most interesting climax. It is something new in mystery comedies in which Alien Jenkins and James Gleason also have important roles.
