YOUNG KING OF SIAM IN ORDER TO LEARN JAPANESE. ASIA DEVELOPMENT PLANS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.15 a.m.) NEW YORK, May 21. The Tokio official radio announced that the Thai Government had asked the young King Ananda Mallidol to return from Switzerland in order io learn Japanese and familiarise himself with the relations of Thailand and Japan. The Tokio radio also announced that General Hayishi, a former Premier and a senior member of the military clique, has been named as President of the Asia Development Federation. The Domei News Agency stated that the federation had organised separate bureaus to handle ideological problems relating to Manchukuo, North China, Inner Mongolia, Central China and southern regions.
