LONDON, May 21. Spitfires were out over the Channel again today, when they swooped- over, enemy shipping off the French coast near Dieppe and ,Le Havre.

An enemy E-boat was crippled, being brought to a standstill, with smoke pouring from her. Two other enemy vessels were raked by cannon and machine-gun fire.
