In future no one may purchase, or instal new or used milking machines without the permission of the dairy inspector for his district. This provision is contained in the Milking Machine Control Order, 1942, which was gazetted last night. The object of the order is to Conserve the use of raw rubber and metals, particularly rubber, and is being instituted at the request of the factory controller.
