GERMANY’S MAIN DIFFICULTY.
PROVIDING TRAINED CREWS.

With reference to recent reports that Germany is building eighteen submarines a month, it is authoritatively stated in London that although this is possible their difficulty will be to provide trained crews in sufficient numbers.
