NEW AMBASSADOR GOING TO TOKIO. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, May 18. Moscow radio announced that M. Smetanin has been relieved of his post as Ambassador to Tokio with a view to an appointment elsewhere and IVL Myamalik will succeed him.
