SECOND FRONT
SPEECH BY SIR STAFFORD CRIPPS ENEMY MUST BE KEPT GUESSING. ACTION AT PROPER TIME & PLACE. ”LONDON, May 17. Sir Stafford said the militant spirit of Britain was already making the German people uneasy. It would make them more uneasy when that spirit was translated into action. We could not do too much to aid Russia.
