SPEECH BY SIR STAFFORD CRIPPS ENEMY MUST BE KEPT GUESSING. ACTION AT PROPER TIME & PLACE. ”LONDON, May 17. Sir Stafford said the militant spirit of Britain was already making the German people uneasy. It would make them more uneasy when that spirit was translated into action.
