ABOUT KERCH PENINSULA BATTLE MOSCOW REPORTS NOTHING OF IMPORTANCE. CONTINUED GERMAN EFFORTS. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, May 13. There is still an extraordinary lack of authentic news of the German offensive on the Kerch Peninsula, the mystery of which is heightened by a Moscow midday communique stating that nothing of importance occurred last night. Unofficial reports say that General von Mannstein, with tanks, cavalry and 2,000 dive-bombers, is still battering at the Soviet lines across the flfteen-mile neck of the Kerch Peninsula.
