CHANGE IN DIPLOMATIC STATUS. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) WASHINGTON, May 13. The Norwegian Minister, Mr Wilhelm Munthe de Morgenstierne, presented to President Roosevelt credentials raising him to the status of an ambassador. Mr Morgenstierne was accompanied to the White House by the Norwegian Crown Prince Olaf and the Prime Minister, Mr Nygaardsvold.
