FOOTBALL
In the annual report of the Red Star Football Club, special reference was made to the valuable services Messrs Steve Henson and Russell Howard had rendered the club over a long period of years. “These members have done more for the club than most of us realise,” states the report. “Not only have they looked after our interests, but those of Wairarapa footballers in general.”
